THE RIGHT TO COMUNICATION

All our relative prisoners' communications have been tapped. It means that all calls and visits are recorded and mail read. It is also endless the list of people, whose petitions for a visit have been refused. As a rule a prisoner is only to seen by 10 people. There are cases of prisoners, whose right to communication is restricted to three or four people at most.

We would like to mention a case in the prison of Huelva (in the South of Spain). Our relatives in this prison are forbidden to make phone calls in Basque language. Pello Zelarain's case needs to be also mentioned, a prisoner in Villena, who is not allowed to have any communication in Basque language (visit or calls).
