RIGHT TO FREEDOM

The Spanish State nowadays is trying to convert each condemn to a life-punishment. With this aim they are taking these steps:

- After finishing the punishment new juridical issues are created and new trial opened in order not to set them free.

- After finishing the punishment and giving their freedom, other summaries, previous to the imprisonment, are opened to sent them again to prison.

- They are trying to penalise by the new law, which is even worse, actions, happened long time ago.

- They also deny certain rights which are judicially accepted.

In this section we have to point out, that the freeing of political prisoner with serious illness or even incurable ones is denied. They make use of the art 92 according to political reasons instead of health reasons. As a consequence the prisoners have to remain in those jails, where they have already taken the illness.

The liberation of 100 prisoners, whose three quarts of the condemn is already upheld, has been systematically denied.
