RIGHT TO DEFENCE

First, we want to focus on the fact that torture is taken as a work instrument in the "Audiencia Nacional", where our relative prisoners are on trial.

Those prisoners, waiting from the trial, are spread and sent away. As a consequence of it the juridical defence for the trial becomes more difficult. Up to not to long time there was a court in each prisons, with the aim to protect the prisoners` rights. Some claims were accepted here. Actually it has been created in Madrid by the Audiencia Nacional a court to defence the prisoners' rights Audiencia Nacional, in order to legalised the violation of our relative`s rights.
